What is printing ink?

Printing ink is defined as being  a colored or pigmented liquid or paste composition which consists of two parts: varnish and color.

Printing inks and overprint varnishes require good wetting of various substrates, excellent surface protection and defoaming; and good pigment stabilization.

DELTA specialties offer the right additives for both conventional drying and radiation-curing systems.

A part from the surface and foam control additives, DELTA specialties offer high molecular weight dispersion control additives whose main feature is to enhance dispersion of organic pigments leading to the following properties:
